Before Dispatch

We will try to accommodate cancellation requests that arrive before the order has been processed, packed or dispatched.

After Packing or Dispatch

Once an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. Any available return or refund options will be handled under our Refund Policy.
